Fucking beautiful!

Blur has been one of my favorite production studios since I discovered it’s existence. The quality of the stuff they produce is insanely good, and there’s no exception with this two new trailers they just released.

I’m more excited about the first one ’cause The Goon has been one of my favorite characters since 1999 that it came out for the first time, but the second one with all the superheroes is pretty insane too.

Finally after a year of planning and working with some amazing people, Vladimir is here!

What’s Vladimir? It’s a small design company that one of my best friends and me started, not graphic design, not motion design, but design for musical accessories. Right now we are just working with guitar pedals. We designed 3 different ones to mass produce and today we got the first physical prototype of one of them and it looks sick. It involves black leather, some steel studs and a lot of fucking attitude. We take care of the design and the sound of this products, so you will be able to get any sound you want with the looks you want. More pictures of the products will be available in a couple of months that we have all of them in our hands. For now, just a sneak peak

¿Qué es Vladimir? Es un pequeño estudio de diseño que uno de mis mejores amigos y yo empezamos, no es diseño gráfico, no es motion design, sino diseño para accesorios musicales. Por ahora sólo estamos trabajando con pedales para guitarra. Tenemos 3 diseños diferentes para producir en masa y hoy tenemos el primer prototipo físico de uno de ellos y se ve chingón. Tiene piel negra, estoperoles de acero y un chingo de actitud. Nosotros nos encargamos del diseño y el sonido de los productos, así que puedes conseguir cualquier sonido que quieras con el pedal viendose como quieras. Reggieknow… I have the pleasure of knowing this gentleman a bit, he’s has been killing it as a chief creative director in advertising and marketing for some years now, he was responsible for the Sprite urban marketing in the early 90’s and has done branding for McDonalds, Vitamin Water (50 cent), Reebok and much more… Anyways, this post is not to talk about his previous work, but about his upcoming show at ToyTokio. Where he will be showcasing the truth of what it means to have an action figure. Don’t know much about this people but they/he/she did a really good job with the 3D and with the compositing of the pieces on the live footage.

What happens when one of the best bands in the world works with amazing technicians and motion designers, give a concert, and give their fans cameras to record the show… and then give the result of that for FREE to the people?
